PostgreSQL authentication method 10 not supported
の対応方法メモ

SI Object Browser ERを使用していて、このエラーが出ました。
認証方式で、平文でパスワードを送るのがデフォルトではNGのようでした。

C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\13\data　配下の
pg_hba.confを開いて

host all all 127.0.0.1/32 scram-sha-256

を

host all all 127.0.0.1/32 password

を一時的に変更して解決しました。

SI Object Browser ERの使用が終わったら元の認証方式に直しておくのがいいと思います。
